Sheila began her career in the title industry in 1984 as a receptionist and has worked in the industry for over 22 years. She also worked as a Real Estate Agent for 5 years, which helps her understand the needs of the Client and to provide accurate and timely information to all parties.
She believes communication is the key to being a good Escrow Officer and that being available to her clients and following through is of utmost importance.
Sheila takes great pride in providing an extraordinary closing experience and serve the clients in a manner that exceeds expectation. She works diligently to provide a comfortable and easy closing so that the client leaves feeling happy and relaxed. She enjoys meeting new people and being a part of making their dreams come true.
Sheila Balagia was born in California and has lived in the Austin area over 35 years. She has 3 adult children, daughter-in-law and grandson. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
